About TrendDeck

TrendDeck tracks what's rising right now — across open source, gaming, and crypto — in one clean, fast place.

The internet moves fast, and the things worth knowing about are usually scattered across a dozen sites. TrendDeck pulls the signals that people check on a regular basis into a single dashboard: which GitHub repositories are gaining stars, which games people are actually playing on Steam, and which coins are trending and moving today.

How it works

Every day we collect fresh data directly from public, authoritative sources and rank it so the momentum is obvious at a glance:

• GitHub — rising repositories by stars over the past week, month and year, filterable by language, using the GitHub API. We also track star deltas between snapshots to surface genuine momentum, not just all-time popularity.
• Steam — the most-played games ranked by peak concurrent players, plus what's climbing and what's on sale, using data from SteamSpy.
• Crypto — the most-searched coins, the biggest 24-hour gainers among established market caps, and the market leaders, using the CoinGecko API.

Who makes it

TrendDeck is an independent project built by a solo developer. It isn't affiliated with GitHub, Valve/Steam, SteamSpy, CoinGecko, or any exchange. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

A note on accuracy

Trend data is a snapshot in time and updates once a day. Numbers can lag or shift, third-party sources occasionally change, and nothing here is financial advice.
